I personally experienced the transformative power of Breathwork in my journey to cope and heal from a brain injury. By committing to a consistent daily SOMA® Breathwork routine, I found relief from symptoms such as insomnia, depression, anxiety, tinnitus, panic attacks, cognitive fog, and exhaustion.
The rhythmic nature of focused breathing helped calm the mind, release tension, and tap into a profound sense of peace and joy. Through this practice, I not only managed my physical and emotional challenges but also nurtured a newfound sense of resilience and well-being.

in Group or Private Sessions


In a SOMA® Breathwork session it is first centered on the intention for example, "self-acceptance". Then participants are guided through a transformative journey using various breathing techniques to cultivate deep self-compassion and inner peace. As they breathe in and out mindfully, they are encouraged to release any lingering self-doubt or judgment, and instead embrace themselves with unconditional love and acceptance as they bring their breath into a coherent rhythm.
Throughout the session, the rhythmic and intentional breathing helps to create a sense of clarity and emotional release, allowing individuals to connect with their true selves on a profound level. By shedding layers of self-criticism and negativity, participants can feel more empowered, confident, and at peace with who they are.
To enhance the overall experience and promote a sense of holistic healing, the SOMA® Breathwork session conclude with a sound bath using healing crystal singing bowls. The resonant sounds and vibrations from the bowls can further deepen relaxation, balance energy centers, and harmonize mind, body, and spirit. As a result, individuals may experience a renewed sense of self confidence, greater emotional well-being, and a heightened connection to their inner essence.
